Ross Bateman (Principal Engineer)

Ross joined Phoenix Design Partnership in 2018 as a Graduate Engineer and has progressed through the business to become a Principal Engineer. He has led the delivery of residential developments ranging from 50 to 3,500 homes across England and Wales, developing extensive experience in infrastructure design and project management. Passionate about developing others, Ross enjoys sharing his knowledge and mentoring graduate engineers and technicians to support their professional growth.
